Preparatory and safety work

All work stages are carefully planned in order to determine the specific control means, guaranteeing the health and safety of all participants in the demolition process and any bystanders in the area of the site.
The characteristics of the building subject to demolition are determined and so are the location and state of any neighboring buildings and elements of the urban environment, which may be affected in the demolition process. An inspection of the building is performed by analyzing in details the supporting structure and assessing its general state and local risks of unforeseen collapse. The project documentation is reviewed and then the electrical, water and gas supply grids in the building are secured and shut down. Finally, the appropriate plans of work are prepared.
